Plant Availability List
Published regularly or upon request. Orders for the following week should be placed by Wednesday afternoon.
Placing Orders
Lead Time: 8-14 weeks.
Place orders as far in advance as possible.
Special orders will be considered depending on availability of cutting material and minimum quantities required.
Cancellations
Once the order has been stuck we will charge a 15% restocking fee on cancelled orders.
Shipping
FedEx Express and FedEx Ground shipped at customer’s risk.
UPS shipped at customer’s risk.
Shipping charges are billed to customer by us.
Packaging
Boxing Fee $15.50/box*
Minimum Order: 1 case/4 flats

Claims
Claims for defective goods, shortages or errors must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
Photos must be submitted showing any issues.
The carrier must be notified of damages done in shipping. Please note this when signing for your delivery.
Labels
We typically do not supply labels. Labels may be ordered directly from John Henry Co., Master Tag, Macore Company or Gardenware.
